As the UTA fans witnessed during this week's episode of Victory, UTA World Champion Sean Jackson interrupted a scheduled interview with Zhalia Fears. The two setup a championship defense for later that night and upon securing the deal with a handshake, Jackson flipped her down on her backside, while outstretching her arm. During the course a very audible sound of tearing accompanied with a snap was heard and immediately Fears responded in pain.
The UTA medical staff are said to be evaluating the condition of Fears on a day to day basis. She's had chronic shoulder problems going back to the summer of 2015, and more recent being in her match with Legacy Champion CBR, so the current situation is not unexpected. UTA physicians are confident that based on recent MRI results, she will need surgery. This could very well put her out of action for anywhere from four to nine months during recovery. A full evaluation is needed to determine the severity and surgery that will be needed.
With All or Nothing just two weeks away, it is clear she would miss the event and need replaced. Fears is said to be considering her options, however hopes to not miss the event regardless -- no matter the warnings of damage that could occur.

"This isn’t as easy as just hitting me with a chair and retaining the title. There are no pinfalls or submissions in a First Blood Match. There are no DQ’s in a First Blood Match. The only way to win… is to draw blood from your opponent."
